I and Seungmin have been married around 7 months now, lately, he's been pretty busy with idol stuff, but I'm not going to complain cause he's living his dream and supporting his family. he got mad at me when I told him I wanted to get a part-time job, just while the kids were at school. but he refused to let me
he wanted to be the sole provider for our family.
a few months ago we were able to find out the baby's gender, a baby girl. Seungmin was so excited that he'll get to help raise yet another little girl.
Jun turned 8 last month. he's getting so big! Seungmin's teaching him how to throw and catch a baseball. the rest of stray kids love coming over to our house when their free to play with our 8-year-old son and almost 1-year-old daughter. I couldn't be happier with the family that we've put together
currently, I'm home at home trying to get a few chores done, but it's hard when you're 8 months pregnant. I bent over to pick up one of Jun's toys, both the kids are gone, Chan took them on a camping trip for 2 days. otherwise, I would've made Jun pick up his toys.
my stomach has been hurting all day but it hasn't stopped me from getting stuff done. just then as I stood up from picking up the last toy I felt something wet run down my leg. I pray to God it's not what I think it is as I look down
and yup, my water broke. I set down the basket of toys on the dining table as the contraction started "why did you decide on today of all days Ae Cha" I asked the child in my stomach, Ae Cha means a loving daughter in Korean we thought it was the perfect name for our baby girl.
I pick up my phone and dial 911 as I scream from the pain.
"911 what's your emergency?" the woman asked over the phone. "I've gone into labor" I exclaimed with another painful yell before I gave the woman my address.
within the next 20 minutes the paramedics showed up and took me to the hospital. I turned to the man in the back of the ambulance with me. "can you go into my phone and call the contact labeled Chan?" I asked out of breath and he nodded with a soft smile "of course" he called Chan and put him on speaker for me
why Chan before Seungmin? because I probably only had enough time to call one, and Chan can call Seungmin, plus Chan would kill me if I didn't tell him when I was in labor.
"Hello Y/n!" he answered the phone and I was so thankful that they had phone service where they were camping. "Chan, can you call Seungmin?" I asked as sweat dripped down my face "why?" he asked "the baby's coming" I said simple and I heard him yell at Jun and tell him the camping trip was being cut short. "of course I'll call him Y/n, focus on the baby right now!" he spoke calming but I knew he was freaking out
Chan hung up the phone and the man in beside me asked me a question "was that your husband?" I was a bit shocked at the question but laughed softly "that was my younger brother who's going to call my husband" he let out a long stream of "oooo"s as he understood the situation now
he was putting an IV in my arm as he voiced his thoughts "have you decided on a name yet?" and that's when I knew he was just trying to take my mind off the pain till we got to the hospital.

I lay there holding our precious little girls, I lay there fawning over our beautiful baby girls as I wait for Seungmin and Chan to arrive. just then the door opened. I leaned to the side a bit so I could see who it was.
I smiled as I see Chan walking around the corner, Jun at his side and Ji on his hip. when he locked eyes with me his eyes widened
"What is this?" he asked, as he stopped walking to stare. "is there something you didn't tell me?" he asked with a bit of sass "I'm as surprised as you are!" I said with a smile "but it's a happy surprise"
"is Seungmin far behind?" I asked "he was walking into the building seconds ago" he explained and I smile in anticipation. I couldn't wait to tell him the good news
not long after the kids and Chan took a seat Seungmin walked through the door, his eyes land on my arms and his eyes widened "twins?" he breathed out and I nodded with a smile, he smiled so big, I didn't think I'd ever see him smile that big again, the first time I saw it was on our wedding day.
he walks over and picks up the unnamed child. "I'd like to call him Si, it means to begin or start. I mean if you're okay with it" I nodded "sounds like a wonderful name, but I want his second name to be named after someone who means so much to me" I said and Seungmin nodded with consent
"Kim Chan Si. has a ring to it don't you think?" I smile and Seungmin nodded as I turned to Chan who was basically in tears "you mean so much to me to Y/n!" he said as he got up and hugged me, making sure to be careful of Ae Cha in my arms.
once Chan dried his eyes and took a seat Seungmin walked to his side of the hospital bed and motioned towards the child in his arms "would you like to hold him?" he asked and Chan nodded frantically. when chan held Si it's like he's never been that happy before, to hold his second nephew since he wasn't able to be there for the first
"I will protect you" he snuggled with the child
